Board Member Appointed to Alabama Securites Commission

Governor Bob Riley has appointed S. Dagnal Rowe to serve as a representative of the Bar Association on the Alabama Securites Commission.

Mr. Rowe has served on the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America North Alabama, Inc. for several years.

Mr. Rowe is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law.  His areas of practice are Corporation Law; Banking Law; Bankruptcy Law; Trust and Estates Law; Business Law; Business Litigation; and Health Care.
